Hip life and hip hop rapper and son of late high life singer Alhaji K Frimpong, Cabum has bemoaned how reggae singer Rocky Dawuni pirated his father's song "Kyenkyen Bi Edi Ma Wu" without the consent of the children.
The rapper in a tweet blamed this on poor structures and in the Ghanaian music industry and called the industry bullshit.
“Ghana’s music industry is bullshit. how can someone like Rocky Dawuni use our father’s song, I mean our property without informing anyone, meanwhile da fuckin world knows DAT Kyenkyen Bi Edi Me Wu by da Legendary Alhaji K. Frimpong was my dad. U didn’t show respect Mr. U Wrong!!,” he tweeted.
Rocky Dawuni has a new song with Sarkodie titled "Kyenkyen Bi Edi Ma Wu" and you don't even have to listen before you could say it was taken from the late high life legend Alhaji K Frimpong.
