Ex girlfriend of rapper Medikal, Sister Derby who is currently working on her debut EP has crowned him best rapper in Ghana at the moment.


Answering a question on Twitter about who is the best rapper in Ghana at moment, Sister Derby shockingly chose her ex boyfriend Medikal over Sarkodie, M.anifest, Obrafour, Okyeame Kwame, Yaa Pono and all the big names in the Ghanaian rap game.
