NCCE Should Make Stonebwoy And Shatta Wale Sanitation Ambassadors
A Ghanaian Pathologist, professor Agyeman Badu Akosa, has suggested to the National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE) to appoint dancehall artistes Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale as sanitation ambassadors.
According to the former Director-General of the Ghana Health Service (GHS) the dancehall artistes can use their influence to educate the youth on the importance of good sanitation.
He asserted that, the massive followership of both artistes can be leveraged by the NCCE to fight filth.
Prof Akosa, who was speaking to pupils of the Nima Cluster of Schools, as part of the citizenship week celebration of the NCCE, said: “So, if you can imagine Shatta, Stonebwoy, two of them, and they are telling children of this country that: ‘Hey, if we can begin to package all the litter that we all produce, then this country will have a very clean environment. There’ll be no flies, there’ll be no germs, there’ll be no disease, the air will be clean and all of us will grow to become very responsible citizens’, so says Shatta Wale and so says Stonebwoy.
“So, Shatta Wale of the Shatta Movement and Stonebwoy of the Bhim Nation, they will be speaking to all you young people of this country, will that not be a good thing? I think the only person who can do that is Madam Josephine Nkrumah”.

BREAKING NEWS: President Nana Akufo-Addo Bans Dancehall Music In Ghana
The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has banned danchall music in Ghana today, June 8, 2019.
According to the information that massiveupdates.com is having, the president wasn't happy with the incident at the 20th edition of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and has to ban the genre to prevent any future disaster.
Two great dancehall artistes in Ghana, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale who have finally smoked the piece wanted to tear each other part after Stonebwoy was announced as best dancehall artist.
This misunderstanding pushed Stonebwoy to pull a gun as self defense and that distracted the whole show.

The peace talk between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy is now over. The two are set to unite and push the music agenda in Ghana to the next level.
However, people were wondering the presence of Music star, Wendy Shay at the venue. Some believe that, she went for photoshoot. Some also believe that, she went to accompany her boyfriend, Shatta to the Wale.

Shatta Wale Has Finally Congratulated Stonebwoy With A Hot Kiss
To prove that he has truly smoked the peace pipe with arch-rival Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale gave his one-time hottest ‘enemy’ a kiss on the cheek to signify a complete burying of the hatchet.
At a press conference organised by the Kofi Abban Foundation in Accra Tuesday afternoon, Shatta Wale caught Stonebwoy off-guard when by kissing him on the cheek.
On the substance of the press conference, Stonebwoy reiterated his apology to fans of both camps for the scuffle that happened at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards where he pulled a gun after Shatta Wale attempted to mount the stage uninvited.
Shatta Wale, on his part, pleaded with the media to push the brand of artistes and stop publishing that end up tarnishing the images of such brands.
‘Shatta Movement’ and ‘BHIM Natives’ as the fans of the two artistes are called, were urged to brace themselves up for a peace concert to put an end to the bitter rivalry which appears to be nearing its end.
The artistes also had leading members of their management teams, Black Cedi and Bulldog gracing the press conference.
Meanwhile, both musicians are expected to re-appear in court on June 20, 2019, following the brawl the happened at the VGMA which led to their arrest and bail.

Ghanaian music duo, Keche have added their voices to the recent Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale's unity and peacemaking.
Speaking in an interview with Amansan Krakye on Radio Central, they entreated Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy to keep the peace because it's a good thing and the industry needs it to grow.
"Unity is a good thing, we need it in the game. When you look at our sister country Nigeria, they are doing it, they are one and it's taking them farther", they said.
Keche also revealed that the peace should come from their hearts. It shouldn't be that they are being forced to be united.
"But it has to come from their hearts and minds to know that what they are doing is wrong. Dr Kofi Abban and Nana Aba Anamoah have done their part but it has to come from them because you can't force them to like each other, you can only talk to them", Keche advised.
The "Odo" singers also disclosed how happy they will become if this unity last forever and not be a nine day wonder.
"If they become one I will be very happy because I really need that unity in the game. If they say no, who am I, I can't force them but I'm hoping the unity that they let people saw online will work so that the industry becomes successfully", they added.

Award-winning radio and TV presenter Abeiku Santana has fired MUSIGA president Obour and called him a bad leader for supporting Charterhouse to ban Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
When VGMA board members announced that Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale have banned from the VGMAs, many industry players including spoke against it and pleaded with the board to reconsider the punishment.
Surprisingly Obour who is the leader of the musicians saw nothing wrong with it and said the industry can do without these two artistes.
Reacting to this biased statement, Abeiku Santana has expressed his disappointment in Obour and called him a bad leader.

Just In: Stonebwoy Takes VGMA Board To Nogokpo
Nogokpo is not just a village in the Volta Region but one of the wicked places on earth. This is actually the place where Justice is served.

After been disgraced by Shatta Wale in the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, celebrated Dancehall artist, Stonebwoy will not let sleeping dogs lie.
In a recent picture posted on his timeline, the "Gari Chewer" was spotted at the traditional village.
From our sources, Stonebwoy has already forgiven his half brother Shatta Wale after warning his fans not to insult Stonebwoy in any way.
Our source revealed that, Stonebwoy decided to take on the board of VGMA after he was banned. What even spoilt matters was when He was asked to return his awards.
This has therefore gingered the "Ayigbe Mafia" to visit the home of the gods in Ghana.

Controversial Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale born Charles Nii Armah Mensah says he does not see why he should apologize for the monster he has become.
Shatta Wale is one of the most hated artistes in Ghana currently for his controversies and insults rained on industry bigwigs.
In a tweet the Dancehall King noted that it is the same industry people who have made him a monster and therefore there is no need to apologize for what they’ve made him.

Shatta Wale Wouldn't Have Become Shatta If Kwaw Kese Didn't Go To Prison - Okraku Mantey
Artiste manager and renowned producer, Mark Okraku Mantey says Shatta Wale’s relevance in the music sphere stemmed up after rapper Kwaw Kesse was arrested and jailed over marijuana possession some years ago.
According to him, the timing was apt and right for Shatta Wale who rode on Kwaw’s sentence to cement his fame in the music industry.
Speaking on Hitz FM, Mr Mantey said Kwaw’s absence created a vacuum and Shatta Wale had to fill it with his craft.
“Shatta became Shatta when Kwaw Kesse went to prison. Because there was vacuum and someone had to fil it. When Kwaw came back [from prison], he has never been the same. “As if he is not the same Kwaw. Kwaw used to have followers and nowadays I don’t even see them. When you’re on top, it looks like everyone likes you,” he said.
Controversial Ghanaian rapper, Kwaw Kese was tried for narcotic offences and sentenced to a day’s imprisonment for allegedly smoking cannabis in public with a fine of GHC 1,200 in 2015.
A Kumasi High Court gave the ruling after a number of adjournments, following the rapper’s arrest by police in Kumasi on November 22, 2014.

Kumi Guitar Begs Charterhouse To Do Something About Stonebwoy And Shatta Wale's Sanction (Video)
High life singer Nana Yaw Kumi also known as Kumi Guitar is pleading with Charterhouse, organizers of VGMA to consider the punishment given to Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.
Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale have been banned from the VGMAs and stripped off the awards they won at this year's edition due to the chaos they caused at the awards night.
Kumi Guitar think the sanction is too much and therefore pleading on their behalf so that the organizers will reconsider their decision.
