The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has banned danchall music in Ghana today, June 8, 2019.
According to the information that massiveupdates.com is having, the president wasn't happy with the incident at the 20th edition of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and has to ban the genre to prevent any future disaster.
Two great dancehall artistes in Ghana, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale who have finally smoked the piece wanted to tear each other part after Stonebwoy was announced as best dancehall artist.
This misunderstanding pushed Stonebwoy to pull a gun as self defense and that distracted the whole show.
After the incident the two rivals(Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale) have been united with the help of one Dr Kofi Abban and Nana Aba Anamoah but that couldn't convince president Nana Akufo-Addo so he has banned the danchall genre in Ghana until further notice.

Use Our Salaries For Your 2020 Campaign;We Don't Need It Again - NABCO Recruits Tells Nana Addo
The Nations Builders Corp (Nabco) was recently launched by the Government to help reduce the unemployment rate in Ghana.
After a successful launch, salaries due to these recruits have become "boakye bi din" (inaccessible).
For months, some are yet to take a single pesewa. The daily excuse is verification and other pipeline promises. This particular situation has gingered the Recruits to release a hot statement to the president of Ghana, Nana Addo.
In the statement, they revealed that, since the government were only interested in elections, their salaries should be used for the campaign. According to them, they no longer need money again.

Mahama will never be president of Ghana again-Owusu Bempah
Founder and Leader of the Glorious Word and Power Ministry International, Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah, has reiterated that former President John Dramani Mahama has no chance of leading the country again.
Speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’, the controversial prophet noted that the former President is wasting his financial resources in his bid to be President again.
According to him, John Mahama lacks good advisors – and has been surrounded by hypocrites.
“People can’t tell him the truth. He [Mahama] is just wasting his money. He can lose the election again,” he said.
Former President John Mahama in his bid to secure a second term, lost to Nana Akufo-Addo in the December 2016 election.
The New Patriotic Party’s Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo secured 53.85 percent of the total valid votes cast as against John Mahama’s 44.4 percent.
The stage is thus set for a serious electoral battle next year with the NDC grimly determined to wrestle power from the NPP.

We want JJ Rawlings back as President- Ghanaians cry out
Ghanaians are calling for the comeback of the former president of the Republic of Ghana, Jerry John Rawlings to steer the affairs of the country.
According to the majority of Ghanaians, after his regime, the presidents that have controlled the affairs of the country have been below par and made no impact.
Some Ghanaians are yearning to see JJ Rawlings bring back the military rule because democracy is not working anymore.
According to Ghanaians, Rawlings was a charismatic leader who commands respect and that the likes of Short man Devil Nana Akufo-Addo who is currently president of the land seem to be the most confused person on earth to make the building of the National Cathedral a priority.
Some section of Ghanaians added that the late Atta Mills and John Mahama were just passer-bys.
Will the former president heed to the cries of suffering Ghanaians and embark on a silent coup d'etat to overthrow the current government spearheaded by Romantic Akufo-Addo.
Well, the cries of Ghanaians were some 'Drunkards' I overheard them say the way the economy is going then it's better we bring back the former president and the founder of the NDC, JJ Rawlings.
So some members of the Ghana Drunkards Association are calling for the return of the Coup D'etat man, JJ Rawlings.
