Medikal after winning the best rapper award seem to be bragging too much and some fans are not cool with it.
On his Twitter today he posted;
"4 years ago I saved Ghanaian rap music from dying and I promise to keep it alive".
Is Medikal even the best rapper in Ghana at the moment ?
