Lynx Entertainment CEO, Richie Mensah has blamed the split of artistes and their managers on lack understanding.
The manager of Kuami Eugene and KiDi was speaking exclusively on Radio Central with Amansan Krakye.
"I think one of the problem between artistes and managers is understanding. Sometimes all they need is a mediator, somebody to sit them down and talk to them and try and resolve the issues that they are having", he said.
Reacting to eShun and manager split, he said it's a sad situation because he respected the relationship between the two.
"I'm now being told that Stephen and eShun are no more working. That's very sad news because they were working together very very well, I really respected the relationship they had but all these things I think sometimes if someone can involve and talk to both parties it can resolve bad blood and those stuffs", he added.

I'm Grateful To My Management - eShun Reveals
"Someone Loves Me" singer eShun has shown appreciation to her former label Quophimens Musiq headed by Stephen Mensah.
This came about after the contract between her and the label ended this year and they have to part ways.
In an exclusive interview with Amansan Krakye on Radio Central, the VGMA 2019 female vocalist nominee said;
"I'm just grateful to my team for supporting me till this point".
When asked why artists are tagged ungrateful after leaving their labels she said;
"I haven't heard anyone calling me ungrateful yet so I wouldn't know how to answer that but when it happens like that I would ask the person why because every story has two sides so you can't draw conclusion. For me I haven't heard anyone called me ungrateful and I hope not to hear it.
What I think is that everything that has a beginning has an end so it started and it has ended. When it comes to the music fraternity it happens a lot. Tiwa Savage had like 5 years contract and when it ended she decided not to continue. It happened to Stonebwoy and Kofi Kinaata too".

eShun Part Ways With Quophimens Musiq
Songstress Ethel Eshun professionally known as eShun has parted ways with her label Quophimens Musiq.
According to eShun in an interview with Amansan Krakye on Radio Central in Cape Coast, her contract with the label has ended and she may not renew it.
"If you want the truth, the truth is that the contract has ended so we are looking to signing again but it doesn't look like we will sign again. So for now the contract has expired. So that's all I can say about it", she revealed.

Quophimens Musiq New Signee LeFlyyy Set To Release First Single "Spoil Dere"
Quophimens Musiq has added Leflyyy, a new signee to the label who comes off as the second signee after eShun.
Festus Nana Aidoo a.k.a. LeFlyyy is a 17 year old gifted Ghanaian rapper from Ashongman inside Ghana.
Leflyyy spends sometime in Ghana and Switzerland and his music has influences from both countries.
According to Leflyyy, he is giving out something new to his fans and he believes that his sound will grow on many Africans worldwide.
“It’s an afro dance and I am excited that I am trying something new for my first official single on my new label.” Leflyyy stated.
When asked how he feels about his record label he said; “I have high hopes in my team, looking at how they have been able to manage my label mate eShun to stardom”.
LeFlyyy will be releasing his first single on this Thursday, 30th May.
He promises to take the music scene by storm with his first song on the label titled "Spoil dere".
The song is produced by B2 of DopeNation fame and mixed and mastered by Konfem of Beehive Studios.
Music lovers worldwide should watch out for this new promising artiste who has the potential of rubbing shoulders with the big acts within someone months.
