Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri Who is said to have gotten married recently, has taken to her Instagram page to advice up and coming actresses who intend getting married in future.

The screen goddess share what she claims is the story of most Nollywood actresses who are struggling to find a stable marriage or relationship. She wrote;

DON’T WAIT TILL YOU’RE A STAR. FAME IS A MIRAGE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL COME. WHEN IT EVENTUALLY DOES TIME MIGHT NOT BE YOUR FRIEND ANYMORE.

It is common in Nollywood to find popular actresses unmarried and from what Ruth shared, this might also be the reason for that. Although some have been able to find a man but the marriages always end up breaking off in a short while.

Rapper Obibini has explained that he is not controversial because he wants his works to speak for him.


According to him in a recent interview with Amansan Krakye on Radio Central, the rapper said he won't ride on fake stories to get attention.


"My own is, everything I do I want to do it real. These days everyone is saying it's controversies that sell so they are doing stuffs to be popular but me I see it to be fake. If the story comes and it's real and true, fine but I won't force myself to cook a story that's not real just to get some name.


Because I believe that the name that I will get will not last but the quality of works I'm releasing will always speak for me. So I believe my works will speak for me and my works will work for me", he explained.


Obibini also revealed that though he is not controversial, his hard work got him VGMA nomination.


"So far Obibini is not controversial but he was nominated as one of the best rappers in the country and it's all because of the quality of works I put out there. So that also works for me, being real with myself and keeping the works coming in", he added.
