Richest African artiste and CEO of Konvict Music, Akon has revealed that Wizkid, Davido, P Square and other artistes in Africa are richer than most American hip hop artistes.
According to the "Lonely" singer, most American acts live fake life. The flashy things they use in music videos don't belong to them.
He also revealed that in Africa you can see the artistes driving big cars in real life and not in videos.

Singer, Davido, is upset and has registered his disappointment in the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) after they arrested his uncle Senator Ademola Adeleke, over Osun West district elections.
Senator Adeleke was nabbed by police personnel on Monday, May 6. According to reports, he was said to have honoured an invitation at the force headquarters in Abuja, but was detained after he was informed of fresh charges of testimonial forgery.
Reacting to the news, Davido who has always supported the political ambition of his uncle stated on his official Instagram page that he has given up on democracy.
In another post, he questioned whether winning election in Nigerian has been criminalized.
He also encouraged his uncle to be strong adding that, "God is great and he is the only one that has a say"
