According to reports, he was given "king of dancehall" as title.
The danchall singer took to his Instagram page to share this information with his fans and thanked the people of Tamale.

Bisa Kdei Switches To Rap After Amakye Dede Crowned Kuami Eugene (Video)
High life singer Bisa Kdei is spotted in a new video dropping some bars and punchlines.
Bisa Kdei who was a rapper switched to singing and became popular with it and that got him the "King of High Life" title after dropping some popular high life songs.
During this year's VGMA, high life legend Amakye Dede crowned Kuami Eugene as king of high life and that became a talk of town.
This new video of Bisa Kdei rapping is making fans think that he wants to go back to rap since his title has been given to someone and the hits are not coming.
